Sometimes outgoing emails are scanned by the user’s antivirus software. This may cause issues when the user is sending emails using an email client from SportLogic software.

The example shown below is for Avast Free Antivirus –

If the option ‘Scan outbound mail (SMTP)’ is checked, will prevent sportLogic from sending emails. So, make sure it is unchecked.
