All the students for Parkside Tennis are now on direct debit. When a student joins up for any one of the terms they agree that Term fees will be automatically deducted 2 weeks prior to each new term unless cancelled in writting to [email protected]

When a registration comes to classhub they process it normally without scheduling any direct debits.
– 2 weeks prior to start of term they go to Show Invoices from class Explorer.
– Then from Bulk Action –> Apply Direct debit ( they can select a few invoices or all invoices and apply direct debit)

We have also added another button ‘Fetch Upcomming direct debit’ by clicking this button it will search and add upcoming directs to the right most column. — this is to prevent any accidental direct debit schedules.
