Class is saved in the main class folder – Trial Class Booking

Normally an approval email is sent out after a student is approved from class hub but we do not allow this for this class through a customer property.

– Also, make sure that the student is approved only to this class as changing the class during approval process will send out the approval email. This will also change the invoice line item so make sure class is not changed from classhub.
– Currently trial students will be charged $24 for trials.
– Admin will transfer the student from the trial class to appropriate class and then from the new class, they will email out template – Trial Class Confirmation ( Email this from Class)

UPDATE:

They will now be using separate trial classes per region. Each trial class has its own drop down boxes with the area information to choose from .

The process is the same. This time we have added the areas as a drop down box in the registration page.
– Admin no longer needs to call parents who have registered for a trial to find out which region/area they have registered for and also which class they want to trial.
