Rule – Once a payment has synced over to xero, whether partial or full, xero locks the invoice and you will no longer be able to sync across any modifications whether, extra line item or amount changes.
To prevent this, our new version will no longer allow partial payments to be synced across to xero.
Payment from inTennis will sync over to Xero only after the invoice is fully paid and this will lock the invoice in Xero.
Invoice can be modified if the payment ( originating from inTennis) is deleted in Xero and the invoice is synced again from inTennis. This is possible because there are no payments for this invoice in Xero so the invoice is in unlock status.
