when someone is put in concert as part of the registration our system automatically generate the concert fee but split the payment into certain debit dates e.g. 1st june…etc but if registered after 1st june then the splits will be different…etc

After 1 June: split into 2 on 1Aug and 1 Sept.
After 1 August: just 1 payment on 1st Sept.
After 1 Sept: no payment scheduled
