The active kids voucher auto redemption feature is eanbled for both Classhub registration and Customer Portal regustration, and both are using same configuration

   1. Venue setup: adds ServiceNSW businessID and locationID
   2. Program setup
      1. Tick checkbox “Tick here to enable Active Kids Voucher (NSW Australia only)”
      2. ConfigData: REDEEMED_SERVICE_NSW_VOUCHER_USE_API=true
