The Student Assessment Module is designed to support class assessments and report cards. It provides a simple and effective way for coaches to produce individual progress reports for their classes.

This feature is particularly useful for:

  • Swim school assessments
  • Tennis progress reports
  • Enhancing parent–coach communication

Availability

This feature is available via the WebApp only (Admin Portal and Customer Portal).

Enabling the Feature

To turn on the assessment module:

Add the following site property: 

module.assessment.enabled=true

Restart webapp

Note: A separate siteproperties can be used for switch on assessments in the customer mobile app (not the customer portal, but customer mobile app such as voyagerApp, QTC app)

customer.mobileapp.assessment.enabled=true
