Mac version: High Sierra version 10.13.4

• The email button does not open the email editor (jx browser).
• also unable to open the template section.
• we have tried shutting down the mac and restarting but same issue.

Solution : We updated Java from Java  8 update 161 to Java 8 update 181 and that fixed the issue.
