Please follow these steps:
On their Mac, first run the database restore program:

Click “From Remote Backup” tab.
Click “Fetch files” button. It will show 1 backup in the list.
Select the backup and click “Restore…” button.
The backup password is “pass123”.
(if you get an error then install the standalone first from the link below after removing the existing icon to the bin, it will ask for activation code click cancel and inTennis will close. Run the restore again)

Remove old Old inTennis app icons to Trash first to avoid confusion.
After database restored, download and run inTennis here:
