By default the printer may have DHCP disable. In such case the IP is likely 192.168.192.168.

To find out DHCP & IP settings, press the tiny pin at the back of printer for 3 seconds and it will print out the setting information.

To login to the printer’s web interface, open browser to the IP address e.g. http://192.168.192.168.

If the computer is not on the same 192.168.192.x network (very likely) then first change the computer’s IP address to 192.168.192.167 subnet mask 255.255.255.0.

Change the TCP/IP Get IP Address option to “Auto” to enable DHCP or manual and enter an IP address that works in your router (say your router network might be 192.168.15.x then perhaps assign the printer to, say 192.168.15.100). Alternatively if DHCP is enabled, configure router to set a static IP address for the printer based on its MAC address.
