To setup VPN connection on Windows, click Start, enter VPN and setup a new VPN connection. Enter the username (include the “Proxy\”) and password. No need to enter domain. Make sure the host is NOT on the same 192.168.1.x network as IGT test server. Once connected will then be able to ping the test server.
