Getting message – application needs to be updated and when they click OK it does nothing.

Check if they are launching it from the dock. Program needs to be loaded from the applications folder on a macbook.

If this does not work, check if they have the latest Java.

If still not launching then try using client id sportlogic.support and if it updates then try with their client id.
