The pinpad access code default time is 10 minutes and the Lights Schedule is 15 minutes.

We do not support the option of different grace period before booking time and different grace period after the booking.

If customers want a different grace period, we use the customer properties shown below.
WEB_BOOKING_ACCESS_GRACE_PERIOD 15 (Pin will be active 15 mins before and after booking)
PROTEGE_SCHEDULE_GRACE_PERIOD 15 (Lights will switch on 15 mins before and switch off 15 mins after booking)
BOOKING_ACCESS_CODE_PREFIX # ( add a prefix before the pin code that is emailed to customer )
BOOKING_ACCESS_CODE_SUFFIX # ( add a suffix after the pin code that is emailed to customer )
PROTEGE_SCHEDULE_UPDATE_JOB_EXCLUDED_ACTIVITY_TYPES Junior Booking ( This means that the lights will not switch on for booking type Junior Booking)
