We send automated newsletters every 2 weeks after a customer joins SportLogic.

We have 2 main lists of customers –
1. SportLogic InTennis Customers.
2. SportLogic classMaestro Customers.

When a customer joins we add the details to one of this group depending on whether it is classMaestro or inTennis.
When filling up the details we do not enter anything for Newsletter.

– After 2 weeks, to start the newsletter automation, we enter ‘YES’ for Newsletter in the contact details and save.

This will trigger the newsletter automation . At the moment  ( as of August 2017) we have 7 emails in the queue and one gets sent out every 2 weeks . We will be adding more emails in the queue
