CHECKLIST FOR JB DANCE FOR NEW YEAR REGISTRATION :

1. Online class registration terms and conditions template: Change the link to point to the new one
2. Registration Confirmation template – make changes . Ensure that the links to terms and conditions and Payment Terms and conditions are pointing to the correct link.
3. Registration Approved template – Classhub Settings – make sure ‘send welcome email when registration is approved is selected’
4. Business Setup EMAIL – make sure that the email is [email protected] so that when they approve registrations the copy goes to jessie.
5. Control panel setup : Add CLASSHUB_PROVIDER_ALIAS jbdance else they will have a problem sending emails from the new database.
6. Switch on Mobile app from Control Panel for the new database next year (they will notify us) .
7. They use 5 different PDF terms and conditions which we need to save and get online link.

8. Copy SMS details from previous database
9. File–>Config–>Payment Integration–>Setup Integrapay –> SETUP DIRECT DEBIT SMS REMINDER
10. On the credit card payment page (INTEGRA PAY PAGE) change the link to point to the new PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
