Ezidebit are pleased to announce our new system status site, at https://ezidebit.status.io. This new online tool automatically polls our key systems every minute to provide near real-time updates, which you can view 24/7. This new portal will replace our old email communication channel.
- View the status of our core services – such as our APIs, Ezidebit Online and our sandbox environments.
- Manage your own email subscriptions (eg. add / remove your staff from notifications) through the self-service portal.
- Customise which services you’d like to receive disruption notifications for.
- View upcoming scheduled service disruptions.
- View past events via the Status History page.

IMPORTANT: From 1st November 2017, all service communications will take place through this new portal only. To automatically receive updates to your inbox, please subscribe any required email addresses via the new portal;
- Visit https://ezidebit.status.io
- Click the “Subscribe” button (top right)
- Enter the email address that you’d like to subscribe
- Check your email and click the verification link to enable the subscription.
