When we click the inTennis icon in the desktop it goes to C:\Program Files (x86)\inTennis\Bootstrap.exe

This will open the window for us to enter the client id. It will then connect to the primary server and check if the version stored in the local folder, in this case, C:\Users\mepong\AppData\Local\inTennis is the latest version or not. If it is not, it will give an option for us to upgrade.

Primary Server:
appserver1.sportlogic.net.au
port : 80

Secondary server:
apperver2.sportlogic.net.au
port: 6000

The problem happens in a slow connection, like a phone hotspot. The bootstrap will be unable to connect to the primary server and will be non-responsive. It does not error out nor does it move over to the secondary server.

To fix this issue – we close out all instances of inTennis and then launch the application from the local folder. If we launch it from the local copy we get an option to specify which server to connect to. We enter the secondary server details and then test to see if it works.
