Testing the PAY INVOICE LINK

• Create a $2 invoice and send an email to self.
• Pay the invoice by clicking on the link
• Show how the report – Integra Pay – View debited payments work – This report will show all the payments made through Integra pay – credit card, pay invoice link etc. It will show the status as requested or Cleared ( if the payment was successful).  When the payment is received from Integra pay, the status will show as Settled. This usually takes overnight or a day or two.
• Show how the Integration> Download Integra pay payments work.  – Download last 30 days or download according to a date range. All payments must be downloaded from Integra pay to update the status of the invoice.

Explain PAY BY CARD feature:

• Open an invoice and click on PAY BY CARD to pay the invoice directly. This payment is instant unlike the pay invoice link, which takes overnight to download. This is useful if a customer calls and gives credit card information over the phone.

DIRECT DEBIT – This option needs to be activated by Integra pay before they start using it.
