If drawer doesn’t open, check following:

• Is drawer connected to the docket printer?
• Is printer power ON? (It needs to be ON and no error. e.g. flashing orange is an error. In that case fix printer issue first)
• Is drawer key in right position? It needs to be on KICK-OPEN position which is normally vertical (12 o’clock) position.
  • Drawer can be in 3 key positions: OPEN, KICK-OPEN or LOCKED
  • If in LOCKED position then drawer will try to open (can hear click sound) but won’t open. In such case switch key position to KICK-OPEN
• Is inTennis able to print?
  • Do a test print from the docket printer settings window. If can’t print then drawer won’t open.

If still unresolved then potentially drawer is faulty.
